Zohaib Akhtar is a seasoned taxation professional with over 15 years of diversified experience in domestic and international tax matters. His expertise covers the full spectrum of income tax and sales tax—from registrations, compliance and return filing to advisory services, tax planning and complex tax litigation before Federal and Provincial tax authorities and appellate forums.
He currently serves as Senior Manager Taxation with one of Pakistan’s leading business groups, where he oversees a broad range of direct and indirect tax matters. Before moving into the corporate sector, he worked with respected chartered accountancy firms including Yusuf Adil Chartered Accountants and Sheikha Mufti & Co., gaining significant exposure to taxation, advisory and assurance-related engagements across multiple industries.
Alongside his professional practice, Zohaib has mentored and trained tax consultants, accountants and advocates for several years.
