Rukhsana Rustam Khan is a seasoned corporate professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and human resources across leading financial institutions. She currently serves as Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs with one of Pakistan’s largest banks, where she leads governance, regulatory and digital-transformation initiatives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA CEE). She is a Certified Director, Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (FCIS), Certified Trainer, Advocate and Registered Intermediary with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Rukhsana is also an active member of the Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Tax Bar. Her combined background in law, governance and training enables her to design and deliver practical legal and compliance programs. Her HR experience includes policy development, employee relations and professional-development initiatives, supported by a strong focus on governance, leadership and continuous improvement.
